Our Board
Pang Kim Hin
Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman
Promoter, substantial shareholder and Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman, overseeing the overall business direction and operations of KHI Group.
A Singaporean aged 72, is our Promoter, substantial shareholder and Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman. He is a member of our Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. He is also the chairman of KHI, our ultimate holding company, where he oversees the overall business direction and operations of KHI Group and is primarily responsible for managing the respective companies' relationships with their franchisors.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical from McGill University, Canada in June 1972.
Pang Fu Wei
Managing Director
Managing Director and member of the Risk Management Committee, with experience across operations, marketing, merchandising, IT and brand development.
A Singaporean aged 33, is our Managing Director appointed in year 2020 and also a member of the Risk Management Committee. He started his career in Mothercare Singapore in 2013, where he spent the first four years running the operations, marketing, merchandising and IT departments before finally taking on the role of Managing Director in 2017. Having learnt the business from the ground up, Fu Wei brings a keen sense of business acumen to the role.
During his time in the organization, Fu Wei oversaw the acquisition of UK toy retailer, Early Learning Centre, the implementation of eCommerce, the launch of the world's first Mothercare experience store concept, and the brand development of Snapkis, Mimosa, Love Amme and Sparkle Clean.
Fu Wei currently serves as a councillor on the Singapore Retailers Association, and was the youngest member admitted into the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) back in 2017. He is currently serving on YPO's executive committee.
Fu Wei graduated Summa Cum Laude with a double degree in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology and Chinese Language & Culture from Emory University, United States of America.
Goh Poh Teng
Executive Director
Executive Director and member of the Risk Management Committee.
A Malaysian aged 61, is our Executive Director. She is also a member of our Risk Management Committee.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Malaya, Malaysia in August 1984.
Chew Soo Lin
Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of our Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
A Singaporean aged 74, is our Senior Independent Non-Executive Director. He is also the Chairman of our Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, and a member of our Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee. He was appointed to our Board on 3 October 2018.
Yen Se-Hua Stewart
Independent Non-Executive Director
Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
A Singaporean aged 72, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He is also the Chairman of our Remuneration Committee and a member of our Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee. He was appointed to our Board on 3 October 2018.
He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from McMaster University, Canada in June 1972.
Kor Yann Ning
Independent Non-Executive Director
Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee.
A Malaysian aged 38, is our Independent Non-Executive Director. She is also a member of our Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee. She is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Certified Practising Accountants Australia. She was appointed to the Board on 3 October 2018.
She graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting & Commercial Law in June 2006.
Victor Hew
Independent Non-Executive Director
Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee.
A Singaporean aged 66, he is our Independent Non-Executive Director. He is also a member of our Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee. He was appointed to the Board on 26 August 2019.

Aaron Ang
Chief of Staff to Group Managing Director

Working Experience:
Mr Aaron Ang joined our Group as Chief of Staff in May 2025, where he leads strategic planning, commercial alignment, and operational performance across the Group's retail and distribution businesses.
He brings over 18 years of experience in retail and commercial management within the baby, children's and lifestyle sectors. Prior to joining the Group, he held senior leadership roles overseeing multi-store retail operations, distribution growth, cost management, brand development, and key principal partnerships.
He works closely with senior management and business unit heads to strengthen execution, enhance profitability, and support the Group's long-term growth strategy.
Chang Kim Win
Chief Financial Officer

Working Experience:
Ms Chang Kim Win joined our Group as Chief Financial Officer in October 2020 to oversee our overall financial and operations management, as well as to ensure all matters are in compliance with the relevant regulatory authorities.
Prior to joining our Group, she had held several management roles in audit, accounting, finance, operation, risk management, internal audit and taxation with various companies in the fields of retail, jewellery, technology, finance, Islamic pawnbroking and leisure from 1994 to 2020.
Cass Leong
Head of Buying and Merchandising

Working Experience:
Ms Cass Leong joined our Group as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and subsequently redesignated as Head of Distribution in our subsidiary, Global Product Solutions Sdn Bhd, to oversee the distribution business in Malaysia. Later, she transitioned to the Group as Head of Buying and Merchandising, responsible for overseeing the buying department.
Prior to joining the Group, she was the Regional Head of Buying for Singapore and Malaysia of a UK Fashion brand. She brought with her over 20 years of experience in buying and merchandising, which includes budget planning, trend forecasting and analysis, inventory optimization, team leadership and development.
Nabila Zaid
Head of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing

Working Experience:
Ms. Nabila Zaid joined our Group as an E-Commerce Manager in January 2014 and was promoted to Head of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager on 1 Feb 2025. In her current role, she leads the Group's digital commerce strategy, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and enhancing customer experience across all online channels.
She brings over 10 years of working experience in digital business and eCommerce leadership, proficient in digital transformation initiatives, system integrations, and automation strategies that enhance workflow efficiency and strengthen data-driven decision making.
Stephanie Chew
Head of Marketing

Working Experience:
Ms Stephanie Chew joined our Group as Head of Marketing in September 2021 to oversee the overall marketing strategy and activities of our Mothercare stores.
Prior to joining our Group, she had 16 years of experience working in different branding, marketing and advertising roles across the toy retail, fashion and cosmetics sectors. She is also well-versed with social media and e-commerce strategies.
Asmadi Saiman
Warehouse Manager

Working Experience:
Encik Asmadi Saiman joined our Group as Warehouse Manager in October 2020 in charge of planning and supervising daily warehouse operations and distribution of products to outlets and distribution points.
When he joined our Group, he brought with him 26 years of experience in warehousing and distribution gained from working with different companies in the food, retail and fashion industries since 1999.
